Installation and Connection

• Fixing the Controller: It should be installed in a well-ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and water contact.

• Connection Sequence: Connect the battery first, then the solar panel, and finally the load. Ensure correct connections to avoid reverse polarity.

Operation and Indication

• Main Interface Display: Includes battery voltage, solar panel voltage, ambient temperature, and other parameters.

• Parameter Settings: Supports settings for battery type, overcharge voltage, over-discharge recovery voltage, over-discharge voltage, load mode, and system voltage.

• Protection Functions: Provides low battery voltage protection, over-voltage disconnection, overload current protection, and overcharge current protection.

Common Issues and Troubleshooting

• Abnormal Battery Voltage: Check battery connections and voltage status, and increase charging current if necessary.

• Overload or Short Circuit: Confirm if the load terminal is short-circuited, and reduce the load power.

• Excessive Charging Current: Reduce the power of the photovoltaic panel to ensure the charging current is within the controller's rated range.
